Custom Bulk Terms

These terms apply to Custom Bulk orders: one-off production runs for gyms, teams, events and organizations. They don't apply to gym store orders on shop.alvafitness.com.

Quotes and minimums

• Quotes are typically returned within 1–2 business days of a complete request and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• The minimum order is 10 pieces, or 25 pieces for gis.
• Pricing is per product, with price breaks at 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 pieces of the same product.

Proof approval

We send a digital proof showing every design, color, logo placement and the size breakdown. Revisions are included until you're happy. Production starts only after you approve the final proof in writing. Please check every detail: spelling, colors, logo placement, sizes and quantities. We produce exactly what you approve.

Payment

Custom Bulk orders are paid 100% upfront. After you approve your final proof, we send an invoice for the full order. Production starts once the invoice is paid in full. We don't offer deposits or payment plans.

Sizes and quantities

You can change anything until you approve the final proof. Once production starts, sizes and quantities are locked.

Production and delivery

Production time is quoted per order. Dates we give are estimates, not guarantees, and delays aren't grounds for a refund. We'll keep you updated if your order runs behind. If you're ordering for an event, tell us the date when you request a quote so we can tell you whether it's realistic before you pay.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts. We'll email you when production starts. After that, the order can't be cancelled.

Shipping, duties and taxes

• United States: shipping is free, and customs costs to bring your order into the US are included in your quote.
• Outside the United States: shipping is quoted separately. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are not included in the quote and are paid by you when your order is delivered. We can't refund shipments refused or held because of unpaid duties or taxes.

If something goes wrong

Inspect your order when it arrives. Email support@alvafitness.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

• Our mistake: if pieces are misprinted or defective compared to your approved proof, sized differently from your approved breakdown, missing, or damaged in transit, we'll remake the affected pieces and ship them free. You keep the originals. If we can't remake them, we'll refund those pieces.
• A mistake on a proof you approved: if your approved proof had an error (for example, a typo or sizes you submitted incorrectly), we'll reprint the corrected pieces at your original per-piece price, with no minimum.

Because every bulk order is custom, we don't accept returns or exchanges for approved designs, sizes or quantities.

Colors and materials

Sublimated and printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen proofs. Minor color variation isn't a defect.

Your artwork

By sending us logos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may show finished work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.
