Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of alvafitness.com and shop.alvafitness.com, operated by Saran Group LLC, doing business as Alva Fightwear ("Alva", "we", "us"). By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Using our sites

You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Don't use our sites for anything unlawful, to interfere with how they work, or to scrape or copy their content.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item we can't produce, and we'll refund any amount charged for it.

3. Made-to-order products

Products are made to order. Shipping times, order changes and cancellations are covered in our Shipping Policy. Defects and replacements are covered in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Custom Bulk orders follow our Custom Bulk Terms.

4. Partner gym stores

Gym stores on shop.alvafitness.com are run by Alva in partnership with each gym. Alva is the seller of every order. Gym names and logos belong to their gyms and are used with permission.

5. Intellectual property

Our site content and original designs belong to Alva. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. If you send us logos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them to produce your order.

6. Product appearance

We try to show colors and details accurately, but your screen may differ from the finished product. Minor variation isn't a defect.

7. Disclaimers

Our sites are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms or our policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Alva isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover Alva's losses arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of anyone else's rights, including artwork you send us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. Continuing to use our sites means you accept the updated terms.
