Rashguards and BJJ shorts ship from our manufacturing partner in the Philippines — typically 2–3 weeks. Most other items (tees, hoodies, jerseys, etc.) are made in the US and ship within a week or less.
Consistent pricing across the partner network keeps the brand premium and avoids any race to undercut between gyms. It also means your gym never has to think about margins or market rates — we've done the math, and every partner is on level ground.
Our Custom Bulk program handles one-off runs with different materials, weights, and constructions. Founding Partners often use both — on-demand for everyday gear, Custom Bulk for competition team kits or special drops.
Yes. No long-term contracts. If you cancel, your store comes down at the end of your billing month. Note: Founding Partner pricing is only locked in while you're an active partner — if you cancel and rejoin later, you join at the standard rate.
No. You can run other apparel programs alongside Alva. We're confident enough in what we offer that we don't need to lock you in.
You always own your logos and brand assets. Alva retains ownership of the original artwork and design work we create, which is licensed for use in your store as long as you're an active partner.
Monthly. We process your 25% revenue share at the start of the following month, paid via direct bank transfer or PayPal — whichever works best for you.
Every month you receive a statement showing each order from your store and your 25% share of it. We're rolling out a partner dashboard where you can check sales and commissions any time — Founding Partners get access first.
The Founding Partner cohort closes. New partners can still join, but at the standard $147/mo rate. The $97/mo rate is permanent for everyone in the founding cohort.
Yes — your members contact us directly for any issues with their orders. Your gym stays out of the customer service loop entirely.
