Shipping Policy

Every Alva item is made to order after you buy it. The times below include production and shipping.

How long it takes

These are typical ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays. If you need gear for a specific date, order early.

Where we ship

Gym store orders on shop.alvafitness.com ship within the United States only. Custom Bulk orders ship worldwide; see Custom Bulk Terms.

Orders with more than one item

Fightwear and apparel are produced separately, so an order with both may arrive in separate packages. You'll get a tracking email as each package ships.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change a size, color or address, or cancel? Email support@alvafitness.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order is in production and can't be changed or cancelled.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address, with shipping charged at cost.

Lost or stalled packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email support@alvafitness.com with your order number within 14 days of the expected or marked delivery date. Packages confirmed lost in transit are replaced at no cost.
