What's worth ordering in a run.
Cotton tees and hoodies
Buy 50 in a bulk run and sell them at your front desk for $25–30. You'll make meaningfully more per shirt than on a store sale, and members get them the same day. We'll say it plainly: for basic cotton, stocking beats drop-shipping.
Competition teams
Matching kit for a squad going to a tournament. One order, one delivery, one design.
Event gear
Anniversaries, seminars, promotions. Anything tied to a date.
Gis
Bulk only.
The strongest setup we see is both — bulk for the things you can stock and sell at the desk, On-Demand for everything you can't.

Sublimated performance gear (rashguards, fight shorts, jerseys) runs 4–6 weeks from approved mockup. Heavyweight and specialty builds typically run 5–8 weeks. Sampling adds 2–3 weeks but is strongly recommended on larger runs.
Custom Bulk runs start at a 10-piece minimum per design, and those ten pieces are mixable across sizes and gender. Most suppliers in this space require 30 or more. That means a small club, a competition team, or a gym testing a design can get real gear made at ten. Larger runs bring the per-unit price down — we'll confirm exact pricing tiers in your quote.
Yes, but gis are bulk-only. They aren't part of the on-demand program — order them through Custom Bulk.
Full payment upfront once the mockup is approved. No deposits, no second invoices, no payment due before shipment. We accept major cards, bank transfer, and PayPal.

Yes — samples are available at cost for most products. We strongly recommend sampling on larger runs (100+ units) so you can confirm fit, material, and print quality before full production.
Unlimited revisions during the mockup phase. We don't move to production until you're happy.
