Alva Fightwear is a brand of Saran Group LLC ("Alva", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it on alvafitness.com and shop.alvafitness.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
• Forms: when you fill out a Brand Brief, application or quote request, we collect your name, contact details, gym or organization details, and any logos or files you upload.
• Chat: messages you send through our website chat, plus any name, email, phone or order details you share there.
• Partner gyms: contact, tax and payout details we need to pay revenue share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our sites, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To process, produce and ship your orders and provide customer support
• To design mockups, prepare quotes and run partner gym stores
• To pay partner gyms their revenue share
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To understand how our sites are used and improve them
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Alva, including:

• Our e-commerce platform and payment processors (we never see or store your full card number)
• Production and shipping partners, who receive what they need to make and deliver your order. Some production partners are located outside the United States.
• Providers of website chat, forms, email and analytics

We share sales totals with the partner gym whose store you bought from so we can pay their revenue share. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, pay partners and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing support@alvafitness.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them as required by law. We won't discriminate against you for using them.

Children

Our sites aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Youth sizes should be ordered by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
